... Hi, my family has the same problem, we get contact dermitits from the adhesive that is used in most bangages, I found that if we need a bandage for a period of time I make them out of paper tape and gauze, hope this helps (5 replies)

Bandaid allergy?

... I got a bad burn on my forearm, inside towards the elbow, last spring. I put a bandage over it to protect it. After having the bandage on less than 24 hours, I had horrible contact dermatitis. The dermatitis rash lasted for weeks and the burn wasn't healing as well as I would have liked. ... (3 replies)
