... My God, I could have written the above!!! (although i'm in my thirties.) This is how I've helped myself drastically: Eliminate or cut down at least on fatigue foods! The most common are: Dairy, Tomatoes, Chocolate Cut down big time on those (I know, it's probably 85% of your diet), and you will feel GREAT in a matter of days. (88 replies)
