... Hi akalei, Yes, you can develop allergies over time. Some of us are born with the tendency to get them, then it takes time & exposure for our bodies to become reactive. Do you take a lot of Advil or other NSAIDs (motrin, ibuprofen). These meds can hurt your gut, and cause it to develop microscopic holes that allow foreign proteins (like partially digested beef or milk)... (3 replies)
Lactose intolerant
