... Hi Hp8, Some of the simplest things can temporarily relieve congestion. We like to use a portable steamer during allergy season. They cost about $20 in dept. stores. The steam loosens up mucus, you cough it or blow it out. It also sort of washes the allergens away if you use it after contact w/pollen, etc. Most pharmacies have simple saline nose sprays, w/out other... (9 replies)
