... Hi, It could indicate a condition called dermatographism. All this means is that your skin is highly reactive, usually do to an overproduction of histamine. I am horribly dermatographic. And I do think that my reaction is systemic, not from contact, due to the locations where the hives occur. In the meantime my immunologist is sending me for allergy testing. I've been having some rashes and sinus drainage problems and some coughing. Any advise on what to expect?
