... Fluid can drain pretty quickly. I know mine can be gone in less than a day, no exact times on that though, but i've seen it gone pretty quickly, and can accumulate quickly also. As long as the inflammation is down, the fluid should drain & you should feel better in about a day or so. But it sounds like you would benefit from a daily decongestant. Sudafed Severe Congestion...
