... Hi, you can do a saline nasal rinse which many people swear by, get a nasal steroid inhaler and a steroid inhaler for your asthma. Get a rescue inhaler for shortness of breath and see if you can switch to Zyrtec. Many people have better results with Zyrtec than Claritin. ... (2 replies)
