... This sounds like a severe dry skin problem. Low humidity can definately make skin feel dry and tight, and water, especially hard water can make the skin feel even drier. If lotions aren't working, maybe try vaseline over a lotion over night. ... (6 replies)

... Hi zainoo, I'm not very sure what you could have but I do have a few info for you. There's this things called Aquagenic urticaria. It is a reaction to the water.
