... might be allergic to dust mites. You need a skin test to confirm that you are allergic to dustmites. Your sore throat could be from the mouth breathing when your nose was congested. If you are indeed allergic to dustmites, then putting dustmite bed protectors will help. ... (6 replies)

... This sounds like a dust mite allergy to me. Try dustmite covers on your bedding and wash your sheets regularly in hot water to kill off the dust mites (6 replies)
