... A few days ago I noticed that my right arm muscle is twitching at the elbow area. It is pretty persistent and and sometimes does not stop UNLESS I keep my arm straight down to my side. Once it is bent, the fasciculation's start up and some are quite strong and steady. They sometimes continue all day but there is no pain involved. I do have a pins and needles and numbing... ... That is so helpful. Thank you. From your description mine definitely sounds like BFS. I have been under a lot of stress lately. I have no muscle weakness at all--in fact I am getting stronger due to my yoga and weight lifting practices. But the twitches are EVERYTWHERE.
