Hello, my levels are listed below. Can you tell me where you started your journey and how long before you felt improvement.

[*]Iron [B]13[/B]
[*]Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) [B]500[/B]
[*]Iron % Saturation [B] 3[/B]
[*]Hemoglobin [B] 7.2[/B]

Currently working F/T however, could seriously take a nap about 2pm each day ;) Did any of you have to reduce your schedule to P/T will you were rebuilding your health/strength.

I am a working mom/wife and the exhaustion is taking a toll. (Yes chomping ice, yes shortness of breath) .

Iron Deficiency Anemia - I am Perimenopausal with absorption issues.

Let me know your thoughts on IV Iron treatments - if they worked for you or not? :dizzy:

Also really hungry.
