That's how I feel too, I don't feel quite 100% yet, more like 70% in my case. I used to exercise back home by going to the gym, doing ellipticals, exercise bikes, threamill for 10-15 each for a total of 30-45 minutes. But I stopped doing that 18 months ago when I left my job to travel around the world. I do a lot of hiking, walking when traveling (which the doctor thinks was the cause of footstrike anemia.) but I'm also thinking because I haven't been eating properly and healthily that I depleted my iron and nutrient stores. Glad you're doing better. I also read hgb levels and recovering from anemia takes time.
