I've been diagnosed with very low b12. The doctor said my levels were 52, the nurse said they were 92. No idea who is right, one of them read the number wrong.

I am having injections twice a week for 6 weeks with my last one today. I just wondered when I should start feeling a bit better and have more energy?

Low b12 affected my nerves, gave me low red blood cell count, high inflammation etc etc. I still can't get my words out properly, I'm still falling, I'm still as white as a ghost, I've still got bowel problems and I'm still extremely exhausted. I literally have no life anymore and can't leave the house im so tired... Even after 6 weeks of twice weekly treatment.

Should it have worked by now? This is my last twice weekly injection, my next ones are three monthly.

I just want to have more energy, I dont understand why it isn't working. Nurse said it might be placebo.... Definitely isn't. They won't do a blood test to check if it is working for 3 months. I'm at my wits end and feel like jumping in front of a train. It's causing really bad nerve pain too that I'm on strong pain meds for.

I'm only 24.

Any ideas what the hell is going wrong?
