Wow! Lucky you!! I'm guessing you mean ferritin level? This is a measure of iron in your blood and reflects your total iron storage. "Normal" can be anywhere from 10-220. Levels below 10 generally mean you've exhausted your supply and will eventually become anemic unless you are able to replace it. Very high levels and organ damage can occur--but that's usually a genetic condition. Either way there is usually a simple and safe solution.

Total Iron levels are 35-175 MCG/DL Total Iron Binding capacity is 250-400 MCG/DL
