Re: Dark circles under eyes

Hi there, well I do notice that when my eyes get dark underneath and look very tired my iron is usually very low. I have found this out over years of dealing with low iron stores. So sometimes it becomes a warning sign for me. If I notice my under eyes are darking and looking hollow then I take more iron and within a few days all ok and I stop again..!!! It would be worth while to keep track of as other things can also cause dark under eyes but for me low iron is one....debbiep.
