I've lost about 35-40 pounds over the last year and I'm finally at an appropriate weight for my height. But, I've noticed a few changes as well:

1. I'm almost always cold, even when others are comfortable or even warm, and my feet and hands tend to be freezing!
2. I don't have the energy I used to have. I used to be quite strong, but now when I lift something, I feel a noticeable difference in my strength. I'm just weaker.
3. I sometimes get dizzy or weak when I stand up fast or turn around quickly.
4. I am much more tired than I used to be. I can get 8 hours sleep, but be really dragging so I have to take a nap in the afternoon.

Does anyone think this could be anemia? If so, what is my next step? I read up and the big things to take are Iron, Folate (folic acid), and Vitamin B-12. Would taking these help? (I already take Women's One-a-Day vitamins).
Only a doctor and a blood test can diagnose anemia. Sounds like you may have some symptoms you should get it checked out if you don't feel better soon.
