I recently followed up with my primary care doctor for symptoms of chest pain, shortness of breath... (1 replies)

Also my haemoglobin and RBC count seem... (7 replies)
... what doctor says that this is fine?! I would want to investigate the cause of low hemoglobin and low RBC. that along with high MCH makes it suspicious for a vitamin B12 deficiency which is a serious condition - beyond causing anemia it will also involve the central nervous system with irreversible damage in later stages of the deficiency. ... Hi all, Last year I had some blood work done that showed very mild anemia for a few months. My doctor ran an absolute retic count which came back as 15 (ref range 25 - 80). Recently at my annual checkup, she reran the... (6 replies)
