Iron Levels

... I just had my iron tested and it was 32 my lab says that normal is between 28-182. I just read on another post that their lab says normal is 40-170. Does this mean I am anemic? That is a big difference in what is considered normal at the different labs. All of these labs should have standardized reference ranges. Thank you, Jennifer (1 replies)
