I have autoimmune hemolytic anemia, and I had all the symptoms you listed in your post. I was very fatigued and my headaches were out of control.

When my AIHA is active, my B12 and folic acid levels go down drastically because basically my body makes antibodies to my red cells and explodes them, which means B12 isn't processed correctly.

You need to see a hematologist at 240, I was experiencing severe symptoms, and I felt like I was falling apart. There could be other conditions going on causing your levels to drop that no amount of vitamins will remedy. They need to do some tests. A CBC with differential would be a good place to start. Also, they just changed the standards for B12 levels, according to my hematologist. Anything below 400 is now considered low. You should push to get B12 shots. With your level, your insurance should have no problems covering it. Also, you should start taking sublingual B12 - some say those work just as well as the shots, but I don't know. It's worth a shot. Your body will just flush what it doesn't use.

Good luck, and if I can answer any questions, please just post. I've been through it all.

Take care,
