[QUOTE=selma67;3472197]Hi all

The other thing is, if you supplement zinc, do you have to supplement copper too? Since iron interferes with copper, and copper and zinc interfere with each other, any ideas?

Does it have the right balance? Did you take it in addition to your iron? Or did you use it for your iron as well? If you don't mind my asking, how much iron was in it? This might be worth a try, actually. I was on them when I was pregnant, but I have just used multimineral supplements since, and they didn't have enough iron. I'm a runner as well, and I only found out recently that running can severely reduce iron levels. This works well if people have too much iron, but in my case, I started out with not a lot and so I'm in trouble now with it (and not running as a result).

CAn you recommend any pre-nat vitamin brands? Thanks for any help you can suggest. I'm still really new to this and I still am struggling with the fact that recovery might take months.
