I will chime in and say that it does not appear that you have IDA. However, do note that certain autoimmune disorders can elevate the ferritin, thereby, masking low iron. Inflammation can elevate the ferritin. But, in those cases your CBC numbers would show up as being anemic but the ferritin would not be lowered, which I guess *stumped* doctors for many years until they figured out the ferritin falsely elevates in the presence of chronic inflammation.

Your MCH is slightly elevated as mine has been since I started iron supplementation but no one seems to care in my case.

My neutrophils were elevated for years (prior to my anemia diagosis). Finally figured out that this was due to the gastritis in my stomach. When I got of the NSAIDs and cleared up the stomach, the neutrophils have been in the normal range ever since. Elevated neutrophils are a sign of infection or inflammation in the body. It's not such a big deal to have them raise just once--if you see a pattern you've probably got a problem somewhere.
