Oh I hate doing this. I have an anxiety disorder so I am a bit of a freak when it comes to injesting any supplements or pills. I have purchased a supplement, it is the chewable chelated iron in 27 mg. One sweetie here recommended it and it's the one I want to try. I've been having anxiety so far and haven't brought myself to take one. I've also been looking iron up on the net for side effects (bad idea always). I just would love some reassurance that it should be just fine to take without any real harmful side effects.

I am having a hard time doing much. If I go out in the heat and stand or walk my heart rate goes high and I start feeling bad. Over the weekend I went with hubby to get some car parts and I literally felt like I was going to pass out, I was really scared. Normally the heat doesn't bother me like this and I am fine walking and doing things. I'm also having frequent heart palps which I do have anyway off and on but they have been more often. OMG and brain fog is BAD. I'm taking a few classes and it is so hard to concentrate on anything. I waited 20 years to go to college and now it feels like I might not be able to do it because it is so much harder. I need to help myself.
