I can answer your question about losing B12 with blood loss from a period..It Doesn't Happen!I asked my hematologist(who was the best!)about that and she said"You Don't Lose B12 With A Period"...yes she did say that....iron on the other hand is another thing!:(

Well I hope you have a wonderful,happy,special day tomorrow!Hope things start to get better for you...just keep taking the supplements....you don't have to worry about taking too much B12,because it's a water soluble vitamin...so your body will only take what it needs...usually about 60%of it goes down the toilet right away!That is a fact~

I also read that things like soda keep your body from absorbing iron(just in case you drink soda),but you probably know that!Also potassium can do the same thing to your B12....interesting(I've researched so much on B12 and just when I thought there wasn't anything new to learn..I learn another new thing...).
