IT takes a long time to get over mono.
Your B12, iron and folic acid levels could be low, which cause almost all the symptoms you describe. YOu should ask for a CBC (Complete Blood Count), a B12 test, and iron studies, which will check all your iron counts plus ferritin.

Your odd shaped blood cells point to anemia or folic or B12 deficiency, depending on what their shape.

If your MCV in your CBC comes back high, it's probably B12. My last MCV was 124. The normal is 90 or so.

The good news is if it's B12, you can take injections and you'll see a difference in how you feel quickly. Some of hte symptoms will go right away - others will tak longer.
