B12 going down

hi,im an old timer to this board, long time low ferriten, i have sorted that,(hysterecromy) 14 months ago,at the same time my b12 was 227,the doctor said that was good,range 180 -9010,i had blood tasts six months ago as i was feeling tired put weight on and joint pain,doctoe said all bloods came back ok,except cholesterol 8.3. forward six months i see the nurse about cholestrel and ask about my last blood tests ,she said b12 197 she said that was good also folat 4.4 i dont know the range,what is wrong with uk doctors,do i have to wait for b12 to go under 180 ,shirley,hi fflowergirl if u are still on this board shirley;)
