Question about Ferritin and Iron Saturation

My labs back in Feb:
B12 308
RBC 3.7
hemoglobin 12
hematocrit 35
MCV 94
MCH 32
MCHC 34,
Folate 21.9
Vit D 28 (but I had been taking 2000iu of D3 for 3 weeks prior to the test)

My Ferritin and Iron Saturation was not tested then. I began weekly B12 injections and continued the Vit D.

Current Labs Oct:
B12 679
RBC 3.8
hemo 12
hema 36.9
MCV 95.4
MCH 31.2
MCHC 32.7
Folate 22.5
Vit D 31
Ferritin 13
Iron saturation 18%

I have never had a MMA or homocystine test.
Also, I have never taken a Folate supplement....even though my level is high.

My Neuro is the one that ordered the tests....He says everything is good. BUT what I have read here and other places, my ferritin and iron sat are a little on the low side.

What do you all think?
