I do have heavy cycles, so I'm sure that coupled with the vegan diet is really making it difficult to get ahead of the game. I also know I should try to cut out, or at least, way back on my coffee consumption. But, dang, I love coffee;)!

I've been kicking it up a notch in the kitchen, last night was kale cooked in my cast iron pan with tomatoes...now, that's got help out! Plus, it was delicious!
