For the last couple of months I have suspected that I have B 12 deficiency. But no one ever listens of course... I take 2 gr of metformin daily for pcos.

I have all the symptoms of b12 deficiency. I also have hypotension and a very fast heart beat at the moment.

I just got some copies of my blood tests. I have a methylmalomate level of 0,31. The upper normal border is 0,28. I have cobalamin of 150 nmol/l. Please note the value system here is different from the us. That is borderline, under 125 is definitely b12 deficient as far as I can read and between 125-250 you need more tests.

So I would claim that this supports my claim that I am deficient? I have been taking a low oral supplement myself for 3 months up to this test.

What do you think?
