Once they get youiron levels back up you will feel like a new person! Just don't plan on doing much until they do. Most people sleep thru the entire treatment. I never did. I had to go back to back to back to get my levels up and my were lower than yours to begin with and I was never anemic but Ive had CFS and I am a cancer survivor so I KNOW fatigue.
There's nothing to be worried about with the treatment but don't expect it to be a cure all. After 8 yrs of treatments every 4 to 6 mo I finally got a pass this month and I was very surprised.
I'll tell you I had great blood work until that I just dropped oneday and as showing malnurished. I never knew what happened and was afraid that I had cancer again and still do. But we can't spend our lives worrying like this. Just do what youcan to feel better and plan to curl up in the bed for a few days.
I had flushing in my face but I didn't have any other symptoms. ALOT of people feel like they have the flu afterwards and sleep.
Please don't stress and go do it. Hopefully you find a dr that finds the cause of at least just fixes everything so life gets better. Rest when you need to, walk when youcan and get some sunlight everyday. I've had my fair share of bad days so let me know if I can help.
I can be supportive with kind words or give you a kick in the butt if that is the type of support you need. We are all different so please let me know how I can help.
