Your blood count is low enough to say you are mildly anemic, which can cause symptoms. Your ferritin (stored iron in liver) is on low end of range and should be supplemented. But the MCV (size of red cells) is normally low in iron deficiency anemia, so there is possibly another factor affecting this. I would ask to get folate and B12 levels, as well as an ANA. Anemia of chronic disease is characterized by a normal MCV. With your white count and neutrophils being low, another autoimmune disorder is possible, such as lupus, since you already have Hashi's. Your D is clearly low and needs supplemented. B12 and folate deficiency cause large red cells (high MCV) and could explain the normal number if you have both iron deficiency anemia and B12 deficiency, when you average out the effect on cell size. What is your lymphocyte count % and monocyte count %?
