... of this. Everyone's body reacts differently to their lab numbers... for example, you aren't actually considered to be "anemic" unless your hemoglobin is low. And some people would say that you really shouldn't be feeling many symptoms with just a low ferriten as that does not quite qualify as anemia. ... (16 replies)
