... I would say it is related. Now, I can't explain it but I would bet it has to do with the anemia. The only document craving I have read about it the ice--but I'm betting it can cause all sorts of cravings. For me, I never had ANY cravings. Odd. (9 replies)

... gs that I was eating. In your case regarding the gum and seeds, perhaps it could also be a deficiency in some other vitamin or mineral as a direct result of the anemia or just PICA itself.
