... These symptoms are very serious. I also have experienced them. My Hemoglobin always "looks" normal @ 12, but my ferritin (iron stores) was depleted. I needed to have an IV iron infusion of Infed. What are your ferritin numbers. You may not be able to rebuild your iron orally, if you are having these serious symptoms. Are you being treated by an Endocrinologist? (9 replies)
