... Do you think your tingly arms/legs are from an iron deficiency? I've had tingly arms/hand almost 24/7 for weeks and weeks. Sometimes I get the same feeling in the legs/feet also. It gets so bad when trying to do something with my hands (such as comb/blow dry the hair) that the tingling becomes numbness. The symptoms appear worse then before ... does anyone else recognise this? standard treatment is very unclear I have found my GP is of the "wait till your levels drop again" about every 9 days at this rate - Once I get the low mood, want to just sleep, shoting... ... I found out today that I have AIHA. My hematologist at first thought I had B-12 deficiency since my counts went up when I got B-12 shots, but then my counts leveled off and even went down slightly.
