I have pernicious anemia and I to had wavy vision, bright sparkling lights and loss of depth perception then on occasion visually (without movement) it appears that I have fallen down (literally the world moves). ... Yes it's possible to have a ferritin that low. With anemia ferritin is one of the first things that will start dropping. Low ferritin causes many many side effects, a lot of the ones you have listed. ... (3 replies)
