... The low ferritin should only cause problems if it leads to anemia. All of the other issues you mentioned could explain your fatigue. Being tired is a symptom of sooooo many mental, physical and emotional health issues. Taking the iron is a good idea in order to keep your levels in range. ... (2 replies)
