Long term Anemia

... No, I have no problem swallowing. I had a blood test three years ago that said I was borderline anemic. I couldn't take supplements or eat food with iron because of severe symptoms and chest pains. I also get tremendous pressure in my legs when I eat other vitamins (certain ones). Now I sleep 12 hours a day and have even more chest pains. I'm not sure if I can start eating... (10 replies)

Vit B12 levels

... I have recently had some blood tests through my GP as I am suffering with swallowing difficulties & what feels like a dry mouth although I drink multiple litres of water a day. I can check my results online so took a look and the only abnormal result was Vit B12 which showed a level of 112 which is flagged on the results as low.
