I don't see how you can work under those conditions no matter what your Insurance company says. Have your doctor call them personally. You could have heart probelms if you try to. Be careful. ... tive though because if your hematocrit is low and you have a low normal range than you ferritin would still be considered low. Your ferritin level is your stored iron level the iron kind of your back up iron that means if your ferritin level is low than you body is dipping into your stores to try and keep up. ... Iron makes my stomach hurt too, but I have found a good remedy for that...Folic acid...When I take the two together, it helps...ALSO DO NOT take Iron before you go to bed at night, as this could make the stomach problems worse...Make sure you take it in the AM or the afternoon with food... ...
