... If you don't want to get bigger then you must exercise. You need to eat a healthy iron rich diet if you are anemic or low ferritin. I would suggest that you get your thyroid checked along with a CBC blood test and see if you are Anemic, Hypo-T or what is going on with you. It is important to do this ASAP if you are having symptoms of no energy because it can get much worse.... (1 replies)
