Low B12?

... My doc said the low b12 would only cause these symptoms if I was also anemic which he said I'm not. I'm really confused about all this. He also said he ran a test to see if my body was absorbing the b12 which it is. ... (8 replies)

... Get anew doctor....that is extremely low an is almost definitely the cause of your symptoms. He should have put you on a regimine of shots starting with every day moving to once a week, etc. ... (8 replies)
... Optimal levels are 80. You can try the prescription, but it's D2 and oil based. We malabsorb oil, therefore we malabsorb D2. And even D3 in oil. You need DRY D3.
