... As Christine said, it can be a long road getting those iron levels back up to where they should be. Some people seem to absorb iron more readily than others and once they begin taking an iron supplement they never look back. Others, like me, have found it a much more difficult process. ... ... gh I know most people get constipation and not diarrhea......anyways, I checked with Flora on the Floradix and they said I would have to take 40 ml of the liquid iron supplement and not sure on how many of the pills to equal 2 of the 325 mg tablets a day I am still taking....that is kind of a lot.... ...
