... I sleep 7-8 hours per night, I'm eating healthy, exercising, taking a vitamin everyday, I used to drink once per week and have stopped, but I still very tired/weak, sometimes jittery... any ideas? Maybe I need more protein in my diet? (1 replies)

... So 4 days ago I was diagnosed Anemia and hypoglycemia. I have been feeling extremely tired , weak 24/7 , jittery , pins and needles , pale skin ,at one point I would get cold then it would stop after I take my iron supplements but now I am cold all the time . ... I take .25 mg of Xanax each night for sleep. I can stop with no problem. As for the symptoms if you stop abruptly--you will mainly feel panicky and shaky. At least I did. I was taking it regularly for a few months--morning, lunch, and evening. If I missed a dose, I got kind of jittery/shaky. (19 replies)
