I dont know why docs dont pick it up perhaps they like to look for the major things first even though we know deficiency is very major.. ... Linds--I have been heavy all my life and never been anemic that I knew of, so I didn't do anything for the first 6 months. Then finally, I went to a doctor that made it clear to me. He asked how much iron I was on 1 poly iron 150, he said that is just a small fraction of what I needed. He also said that I was going to have to make a decision to have an ablation or a blood...
