... Hi Lori, Not a great deal to add from fflowergirls reply (some pretty sound advise), but you dont mention wether your taking any form of iron. Unfortunately, ive found that low iron can cause depression (im like fflowergirl - my main problem is anxiety related - which i believe leads to depression). Ferritin questions
