... Anemia is just a symptom of a larger issue, and with males where there is no heavy bleeding monthly anemia is more rare. Your Dr. probably wants to check and make sure you don't have ulcers etc. Maybe some more blood draws, scopes to check for internal bleeding, etc. ... (1 replies)

Having anemia does make you very fatigued, walking up the stairs was a chore for me. I can see this being a very real issues for males. ... (4 replies)
