... I noticed your total iron and vitamin B12 are a little low, but your hemoglobin is normal. Just a thought, but i wonder if you don't eat much meat, because meat is a good source of iron and B12. (16 replies)

... Yes it is true that you should not worry too much. Take the B-12 like the PCP advised. The WBC is ok if you are not older than 50 to 60. Everything else seems to be in range or not far out of it. (16 replies)

As far as your labs go I really try not to try to diagnose because I am just a dumb patient myself not a medical professional. I can however, tell you a few things that I have learned about labs. ... ... Your blood count is low enough to say you are mildly anemic, which can cause symptoms. Your ferritin (stored iron in liver) is on low end of range and should be supplemented. But the MCV (size of red cells) is normally low in iron deficiency anemia, so there is possibly another factor affecting this. I would ask to get folate and B12 levels, as well as an ANA.
