Mouth numbness?

... Anyone ever had this in relation to anemia? The right corner of my mouth just suddenly went numb, feeling like a mild shot of Novocaine was injected in the corner of my mouth. Then after a few minutes, it just as quickly went away and is now coming and going every few minutes. This is a new thing for me, so I did a search for "numb mouth + anemia" and some sites came up...
