... Iron is just a mineral thats in a lot of food. It wont hurt you or make your heart beat fast. And if it does, it is probably your anxiety thinking the iron is doing something to you. I finally started taking it and had no side effects. Not even constipation... ... (7 replies)

... Thalaseemia Minor people can live, like I do, normal. Its just that I have a lower ability to fight infections and as a kid was prone to being sick with swollen glands, fevers, etc. more quickly than some other kids. With this trait, I need to make sure to take antibiotic before any dental work, etc. ... (5 replies)
