... hi, all. i'm anemic & have low potassium (they almost put me in the hospital to give me the potassium through and IV). Anyway, that was 3 months ago. ... You might want to look into taking Spirulina (it's a type of algae, you can buy it in pill form). It definitely doesn't have as high of an iron percentage as the regular iron supplements, but it is MUCH better absorbed.
