... kbessy--Many people do report that they feel better after beginning B-12 shots and then a decline. This is very normal. I think that you are supposed to be off the B-12 shots for 2 weeks before you test the B-12 serum, as you know, it skews the results. ... Merimac and the rest of you. I was diagnosed June 2006 with my B12 number at 337 and dropping quickly. Merimac - A shot once a monthy will only maintain your B12 level you need to get shots more often. I personaly do my injections every two weeks. It has taken me a year to get from 337 to low 800's.
